REFUND POLICY

The Phil Gardner School of Real Estate does not offer refunds for any payments made towards deposits or class fees. No portion of the $75 enrollment fee paid at the time of execution of the class agreement will be refunded if this agreement is canceled or the student does not attend the course.

Students have the right to cancel this agreement at any time by written notice to the School. In this event, tuition can be applied toward a future course, minus the $75 non-refundable fee.

Absence without proper written notice shall not constitute cancellation of this agreement.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Students further agree to abide by all of the rules and regulations for the School as contained in its brochure or that may be established from time to time by proper written notice in connection with the course of education. If students fail to abide by said rules and regulations, they may be excluded from the classes and denied further instruction. The School shall have the right to discontinue a student’s instruction and cancel this agreement at any time for violations of the rules, unsatisfactory advancement, or failure to attend 100% of the required classroom hours of study during tern of enrollment shall be conclusively construed to be unsatisfactory completion of the course.
